Due to the nature of digital products (domains, websites, and social accounts), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once ownership has been transferred.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued under these circumstances:

  • Seller fails to transfer the asset within the agreed timeframe.

  • The item delivered is significantly different from the listing.

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment was detected and confirmed.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@grehun.com within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Include order ID, asset details, and reason for the refund request.

4. Review Process

Our support team will investigate the issue and respond within 5 business days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If a dispute arises, Grehun may hold funds until a resolution is reached. We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of policy.
